1)How many days do you take to ship the order ?

2) How to place an order for new themes?
The user can contact the customer care or the physical store and place the order. Since new designs take time, the customer is expected to place the order much prior to the event date.
3) How do I make payments ?
Glitz Party Factory offers the below mentioned payment options :
· Pay online through Credit/Debit card
· Netbanking facility
· NEFT Transfer.

4) Do I get any confirmation upon placing the order ?
Yes.You will informed via E-mail to the registered email id.
5) How can I track my order ?
All notifications will be sent via E-mail. The order status and Tracking details will be notified to the user.
6) What are the current areas of delivery ?
Currently we ship across South – India.For more information please read Shipping Policy.For orders from rest of India, shipping charges will be charged at actual’s.
7) What is the delivery timing ?
We send the shipments through The Professional couriers and other reputed courier companies. Tracking number will be shared to you after the shipping the order and the live tracking status can be done on the concerned courier companies official website.
8) How do I return the order ?
Please note that the user can return only orders that are found to defective/damaged upon delivery. The user is expected to call/write to our customer care team within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
